Tier 2 Bid: Real Estate Consulting for School Campus

To be Bid: The Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (the Department), on behalf of the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Respondent to provide financial and real estate consulting services in partnership with the Departments Real Estate Division. The purpose of this engagement is to support the development of a new lease agreement for a school campus which includes a student residential component, including new construction and long-term occupancy planning. The selected firm will assist in evaluating financial feasibility, market conditions, and lease structuring strategies to ensure the State receives high-quality services at fair market rates, while aligning with the States operational, educational, and fiscal goals.
