These specifications are intended to describe the detailed requirements for a rough-terrain rubber-tired vehicle with telescoping boom and saw-type cutter head designed specifically for cutting tree limbs.
This request is to establish a one-year Master Agreement with an option to renew for four additional one-year terms for the Division of Equipment.
