Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal to establish a contract for Basic Life, Supplemental Life, AD&D, Travel, and Commuter Insurance. The initial contract will be for a period of one-year with four one-year renewal options exercisable based on pricing and performance of selected vendor.
