Drug & Alcohol Testing Services RFP

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Cleveland will accept sealed Proposals for Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing Services until 3:00 P.M., ET, August 24, 2026, at the Cleveland Municipal Building, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.   Any proposal received after the date and time specified shall not be considered.

Proposals must be sealed, plainly marked “RFP – DRUG & ALCOHOL TESTING SERVICES” and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention: Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any formalities and informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
