PAX Water Technologies Water Mixers and Parts

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with PAX Water Technologies for the provision of PAX Water Technologies water mixers and parts.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from PAX Water Technologies, dated October 31, 2024, PAX Water Technologies designs, manufactures, and supplies a range of potable water mixers covered by specified patents and is the sole manufacturer of the water mixers covered by the referenced patents and patent applications.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
