West End Drive Swale Retrofit Project

Project Description: Penn Township will receive bids for the West End Drive Swale Retrofit Project. Bids may be submitted and updated online until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. At that time bids will be made available online. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at www.pennbid.net.
The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, grading, amended soils, riprap, and other work as described in the Contract Documents.
A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Only those questions submitted online via PennBID shall be considered. Questions received after 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 13, 2025, regarding the project will not be acknowledged.
This contract is subject to the following: the PA Prevailing Wage Rates; the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions; the Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002; the Pennsylvania One Call Act, also known as the Underground Utility Line Protection Law, Act 287 of 1974, as amended; the Penn-sylvania Human Relations Act 222 Conditions; the Non-discrimination in Employment/Contract Compli-ance Regulations Conditions; requirement of a non-collusion affidavit; and the Public Works Employment Verification Act.
Penn Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
