Project Description: The general WORK includes the following four projects that will be bid separately:
· 13800 South Mountain View Corridor Sewer Project – 500 lf of 18-inch sewer, 434 lf trenchless construction guided bore (36-inch steel casing), 31 ft maximum sewer excavation, construction deadline June 2027.
· 12600 South Mountain View Corridor Sewer Project – 2,610 lf of 30-inch sewer, 237 lf trenchless construction guided bore (42-inch steel casing), 105 lf trenchless construction guided bore (42-inch steel casing), 26 ft maximum sewer excavation, construction deadline June 2027.
· 13200 South Mountain View Corridor Sewer Project – 1,328 lf of 18-inch sewer, 121 lf of 10-inch sewer, 534 lf trenchless construction guided bore (36-inch steel casing), 28 ft maximum sewer excavation, construction deadline June 2027.
· 13400 South Mountain View Corridor Sewer Project – 1,726 lf of 15-inch sewer, 85 lf of 8-inch sewer, 519 lf trenchless construction guided bore (30-inch steel casing), 31 ft maximum sewer excavation, construction deadline June 2027.
UDOT has authorized the projects to proceed during their typical winter moratorium of October 15th to April 15th. These projects will need to be completed by June 30, 2027
