Carter Way Stream Restoration

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Township of Concord for Carter Way Stream Restoration until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 2nd day of December 2024, at which time they will be opened and the bid results posted. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
This project involved earthwork, grading, landscaping installation, and streambank and wetland restoration.
Questions may be asked through the PennBID system. The final date to submit questions is 5:00pm, November 27, 2024.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
