NATO Business Opportunity: Air Response Cell Contractor Support to Exercise Loyal Lolos 2025

NATO Joint Force Training Center (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland has issued a Simplified Acquisition Request for Proposal (SA RFP) for Air Response Cell Contractor Support to Exercise Loyal Lolos 2025. The result of this bidding will be Commercial Personnel Services Contract/s in accordance with the JFTC Special Terms and Conditions for Short Term Operational Personnel Services Contracts in Support of Training Events. This solicitation invites proposals for seven distinct positions/functions. Bidders may submit proposals for: 1) all seven positions (full bid), or 2) a subset of positions (partial bid).

Potential U.S. prime contractors must maintain a professionally active facility within the United States. In addition, contractor personnel performing services under the contract must be citizens of a NATO nation, have appropriate professional training and experience in a related field, and meet applicable criteria for a personal security clearance.

The reference for the SA RFP is SA-RFP-JFTC-1-25 and all correspondence regarding the SA RFP should include that reference.

BID DEADLINE

Bids shall be received at the JFTC Contracting Office, no later than 24 March 2024, 13:00 hours, Central European Time. No bids shall be accepted after this time and date.

BIDDING PROCEDURE
