Introduction:
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the SHA and provide the information requested below.
This RFI is being issued for information about the marketplace to support planning and decision-making related to physician management capabilities across the province. This RFI is intended to better understand available solutions, approaches, and market readiness and does not constitute a request for proposals or a commitment to procure any specific goods or services.
The SHA is seeking information related to solutions that may support aspects of the physician lifecycle, including workforce planning, retention, recruitment and hiring functions, contracting, contract management financial stewardship, and concern handling. Information provided through this RFI will assist SHA in understanding how different solution components, individually or in combination, could contribute to improved visibility, coordination, and governance.
Respondents are encouraged to describe their solutions in a manner appropriate for an RFI, focusing on current capabilities, limitations, dependencies, and the role their solution would play within a broader interoperable ecosystem. Responses may address one or more areas of the physician lifecycle and are not required to propose a comprehensive end-to-end solution.
