The Reynolds School District Board, acting as the Local Contract Review Board (LCRB), will hold a public hearing to consider the request of the Reynolds School District for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirements of ORS 279C.335(1), pursuant to ORS 279C.335(2), to engage in the alternate contracting method of CM/GC for construction on a new cooling tower for Reynolds High School.
