The State of Minnesota, Fish and Wildlife Division at the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to purchase a service to replace the filter at the St. Paul Fish hatchery which is run through specialized filter to remove excess iron. The filter uses physical media, and it is due for replacement.
The proposed supplier (Kurita America) is the company that installed the system and the filter, and it will need to be purchased and replaced by them.
