Submission Details
Bidders must submit the section entitled “Tender Forms,” in addition to all Addenda as
issued by Sedulous Engineering Ltd. (Sedulous). Tenders must be submitted Electronically to: Email: bids@sedulousengineering.com
Subject: Tender Submission for 2026 Graded Aggregate Seal Coat Program - Gleichen
All enquiries shall be made via email only and shall identify “Attention: 2026 Graded Aggregate Seal Coat Program” in the e-mail subject line.

Each tender must be accompanied by tender security in the form of a bid bond, certified cheque, money order or a bank draft equal to 10% of the tender amount. Tenders not accompanied by tender security will be rejected as non-compliant.
The successful Bidder shall deposit with the Owner, at the time of signing the Contract, the following bonds:
a) a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the agreed Tender price, covering the faithful performance of the Contract.
b) a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the agreed Tender price.
