5. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A CAHILL-GUZMAN JV PROJECT.
New Construction / 102,000 gsf / 85 Units / Family Housing / 1 Building / 9 Stories / All Type I Concrete. Mix of
studio and up to 3-bedroom units. The ground floor includes a main lobby, offices, a multipurpose room,
bicycle parking, and building services. No vehicle parking is included.
6. OWNER/DEVELOPER: Related California / San Francisco Housing Development Corporation (SFHDC)
7. ARCHITECT: Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects / Y.A. Studio
8. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Begin construction in 2nd Qtr 2025 with a total 22-month duration. Ref. Exhibit D

9. LABOR REQUIREMENTS: Prevailing Wage (state or federal, higher of the two) for all trades / Union Labor
required for carpenters, laborers, operating engineers only
10. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY WORK FORCE PARTICIPATION GOALS: The developer has committed to meeting the San
Francisco Contract Monitoring Division’s (SFCMD) non-discrimination, equal opportunity contracting and local
workforce hiring participation goals including Small Business Enterprises participation (20% SBE), Construction
Work Force Goals, Federal Prevailing Wage requirements.
11. DEADLINE FOR BID RFI’s: Wednesday, November 6, 2024 @ EOD.

13. BID EXHIBITS: All bidders should review the bid requirements as defined by the Bid Exhibits which include: Scope of Work, General Requirements, Contracting & Workforce Hiring Goals, Schedule, Contract Term/Labor

Requirements, BIM Requirements, and Logistics Plan.
14. BID FORM: All bid submissions should include a completed and signed bid form.
