Plano Independent School District (Plano ISD), located in Plano, TX, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive photography and yearbook services on an as Needed Basis across its kindergarten through grade twelve (K-12) campuses as well as photography services needed for District events such as Graduation, Teacher of Year, Service Awards etc. This solicitation is intended to establish a pre-approved vendor list from which individual campuses may engage services. Vendors may submit proposals for photography services, yearbook services, or both. The established vendor list will support the district's ongoing need for professionally produced student and staff imagery and campus yearbooks that meet established quality, consistency, and delivery standards. In order for the District to ensure that it finds the best and most competitive pricing for these purchases, the District is requesting responses from suppliers and companies that will provide the District with best value pricing, discounts, and customer service benefits for these types of purchases for services and supplies. The District will select the proposal or proposals that demonstrate the best value and are in the best interest of the District. Plano ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals based on the information contained herein, or from information resulting in references and past performance checks. TERM:
The term of this proposal shall be for an initial one (1) year with four (4) successive one (1) year renewals, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties not to exceed five (5) years total.
Plano ISD has the option to extend this RFP at the end of the performance period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. Key Timeline for Vendor Recommendations and Contracting
