Project Description: Notice to Bidders: Bids are being solicited for construction of the STEP Shared Ride Facility - Williamsport. The overall project includes, grading and construction of a new one-story facility including an adjacent parking lot, concrete bus way, administration building, and bus wash building to include, other site improvements including lighting, security fencing.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program, and are due by 3:30 pm, prevailing time, on December 31, 2024. All details and documents are available at no cost on PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/). All inquiries shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature within PennBid.
