Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the
improvements at the Laurel Readiness Center Wash rack located at 8601 Odell Rd, Laurel, MD, 20708

It is MES’s intention to obtain services, as specified in this RFP, from a Contract between the selected Successful Offeror and MES . The anticipated duration of services to be provided under this Contract is the successful contractor shall have One hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days to complete all work, commencing from the start date specified in the Notice to Proceed issued by MES. Any work proposed to be conducted on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays must receive prior approval from MES/MMD.

MES intends to make up to a single award as a result of this RFP.
