Project Description: The work will involve demolition of existing trail as specified and redevelopment of the Riverwalk from near Baylor Law School to near Franklin Avenue Bridge. work includes a new trail with one segment to extend over the water (within The Cove), an overlook with arbor style pavilion and retaining walls (aka Webster Overlook), and map art work at the ground level within Sandtown Plaza by The Cove. There are several water features including water wall under IH35. The project will entail grading to acheive the trail length at specified elevations, extensive lighting and landscaping.
