Project Description: These specifications are intended to set forth requirements for a 36-month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement for solid waste consulting services. The City of Dallas (City), by and through its Department of Sanitation Services (Sanitation), seeks professional consulting services from one or more qualified consultant(s) in municipal solid waste management, including finance, planning, operations, and strategies. The primary role of the consultant(s) is to provide objective, third-party advice, and counsel that will enable Sanitation to make well informed and educated decisions regarding the City’s approach to the collection, disposal, and recycling of municipal solid waste. This contract(s) if awarded shall be performed on an as needed basis.
