Project Description: The purpose for this solicitation is to establish a thirty-six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement with two (2) one-year renewal options for Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewers by Pipe Bursting.
