Project Description: The purpose for this solicitation is to establish a thirty-six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement with two (2) one-year renewal options for Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewers by Pipe Bursting. The City of Dallas is seeking companies whose combination of experience and personnel will provide professional services as required to fulfill all aspects of these specifications timely and in its entirety.
