6.0 This project involves the complete, demolition and legal removal of the existing walkway and ramp system, contractor is responsible for all design drawings of the walkway and ramp system; and construction of a new ADA and King George County Building Code compliant ramp system and walkway to connect five (5) existing modular classrooms to the existing adjacent sidewalk at KGES. The new system must provide safe, accessible, and durable pedestrian access. The contractor shall obtain all required permits and shall prepare and provide all drawings and documentation required in order to obtain the demolition and land disturbing approvals and permits.
