The Statements of Qualifications & Request for Proposals (RFQ/RFP) will be received by the Office of the Director of Finance, Room 205, Portland Town Hall, 33 East Main Street, Portland Connecticut 06480 until 3:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday May 20, 2025 for the following: Professional planning consultant services to assist the Town with the update of the 2026 Plan of Conservation and Development. The specifications for the Request for Qualifications/Proposals are available: at the Office of the Director of Finance, Room 205, Portland Town Hall, 33 East Main Street, Portland Connecticut 06480 during normal business hours, or may be requested by emailing TRobinson@portlandct.org .
