Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 11/19/2024 for Bid # 24-260: ONE NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF FRANKLIN ST (CR-509) AND BERKELEY AVE, TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD .
