Summary The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Arizona State Hospital (ASH) is requesting bids from qualified Suppliers. The purpose of the Solicitation is to conduct a competitive process, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 41-2533 et seq. to provide an all-inclusive Contract for pest control services as specified below for the Hospital. The objective of this Contract is to provide clothing, footwear products and face shaver for the Arizona State Hospital.
Process No Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this solicitation. All questions related to the solicitation should be submitted using the Discussion Forum tab no later than three (3) calendar days before the bid due date of May 1st, 2025 by 3:00 pm local Arizona time. Any exceptions to ANY Terms and Conditions may negatively affect the State’s evaluation based on the stated criteria or result in the rejection of the Bid.
