Project entails interior demolition, partition construction, electrical and mechanical rough-in, flooring, painting, and other related work at the Hager House Visitor Center at the Hagerstown City Park.
Project is partially funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission; therefore, Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this project.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on July 22, 2025; meeting will be held at the site, at 120 Key Street, Hagerstown, MD 27140.
