Request for Proposal - Commercial Lease of 120 Westford Road

The Town of Tyngsborough is seeking proposals from qualified proposers for a long-term commercial lease of a municipal lot and building at 120 Westford Road --- the site of the former Recreation Building. Proposers may submit a proposal for a lease of the entire parcel in order to facilitate the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new building or a proposal for just the lease of the existing building. The Town is offering the building for lease “as is” and makes no warranty about the condition of the building. The Town expects that the proposer will be required to make upgrades to the building at their own expense. This RFP is being issued on behalf of the Select Board by the Town Manager’s Office. The RFP can be obtained by visiting www.tyngsboroughma.gov/bids.aspx beginning on July 2, 2025. Sealed proposals are due by August 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM.
