Synopsis
|
Rebound Bid issued to add additional project summary and updated drawings (see addendum 1 -summary and addendum 1- drawings.
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified Excavation and Underground Utilities Contractors to provide a site ready area relative to existing water and combined sewer utilities for development of the existing property bound by McGraw on the north, Parkdale on the west, 30th Street on the east and I-94 Service Drive on the south. Project funded through Grant funds, no local preferences will apply.
