Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Environmental Quality
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: provide Storage, Transportation, Set-up, Removal and Cleaning for the State owned Used Oil Program Equipment (Including but not limited to 250-1000 gallon Holding Tanks, Containment Tanks and Metal Stairs).
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code .
Length of Contract: 5-years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 5-years
