Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be held on March 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM, MDT (local time). Pre-bid conference will preside at the City of Holladay Offices at 4580 S. 2300 E., Holladay, Utah 84117. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but is not mandatory.
