RE: ADDENDUM #1, BID NO. 20260618, REMOVAL AND TRANSPORTATION OF DOMESTIC WASTEWATER –
ANNUAL CONTRACT
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force
and effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the
additions, deletions and revisions as listed herein.
Item #1:
QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: Are bids accepted without three similar-project references completed within the previous five
years?
A1: No
Q2: Is there a specific dump location?
A2: There is not a specific dump location for the LPS pump outs. Vendor should dump wherever they
currently dump septic tank pump outs. We do not provide a free dump site for LPS. If Vendor goes to East
Port, they get charged like any other Vendor. For lift station pump outs, Vendor will dump at any site we
dedicate for dumping at the time, usually as close as possible to the station being pulled from. It is just a
transfer of wastewater from a down lift station to one that is operational. There is no charge for this.
Q3: Is a Florida Department of Health Registration required?
A3: Yes
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260618.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
