Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) invites your firm to submit a proposal for Technical Assistance for Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy Program services. MTC seeks to retain a consultant to assist MTC and local governments across a wide range of activities to support the implementation of the Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Policy as adopted in September 2022 and a key policy to achieve the goals of Plan Bay Area. The Consultant Team (“Consultant”) shall assemble a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary team to provide Technical Assistance (further described below) to MTC staff as well as numerous local jurisdictions to support implementation of the TOC Policy (“Project”). More information in the Procurement documents located in the "File" section of this posting.
