QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:

Q1: I'm not sure how to approach the requirement for being an authorized distributor in the State of Florida. Can

you clarify that requirement?

A1: To clarify, the requirement is specific to Section TS-05, Authorized Florida Distributor, of the bid

package. It requires each bidder to provide a statement from the manufacturer of any/all products being

bid confirming that the bidder is an authorized distributor within the State of Florida for those products.

This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260609. Bidders

are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
