Pursuant to the City of Asheville's Procurement, Purchasing and Contracting Policy, Bids will be
received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Work:
Maintenance of the landscape in Pritchard Park (67 Patton Avenue), Pack Square (121 College
St.), Triangle Park (56 S. Market St.), Rankin Parking Deck (68 Rankin Dr) and Grace’s Garden
(18 Patton Avenue) in Downtown Asheville by a licensed Landscape Contractor in the State of
North Carolina.
