Service Period : October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027

Maintenance should be sole source for the supplier that already services the facilities HVAC system currently. Please attach a PDF to your proposal of your sole source letter.

Service should be invoiced annually.

Maintenance Agreement Specifications:
SCOPE OF WORK:
* Full analysis of the equipment's performance
* Regularly scheduled inspections of the Munters equipment to check for proper operation and mechanical function
* Adjustment of valves, actuators, sensors, control units, and other Munters-supplied items to maintain design specifications
* One hour of unit-side training for site maintenance staff during normally scheduled visits
* Performance history tracking that will monitor trends and changes

After each visit, a service report detailing modifications, service or operating parameter change recommendations, and a list of items to be monitored along with recommended repairs, replacement parts, system modifications, and routine maintenance suggestions should be provided.

The plan should also include the following benefits to reduce the price of repairs or emergency visits:
* 10% discount on spare or replacement parts
* Discounts on billable labor rates for repairs or emergencies
* After-hours technical supports
* Higher priority tech support response
