The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Department of Homeless Services (DHS) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of On-Call Lead Abatement Services at DHS Shelters, Citywide (PIN: 23BSEDM03401/EPIN: 07124B0006) .

Bidders are hereby notified that this contract is subject to Local Law 1, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) Requirements, Prevailing Wage Rates, and apprenticeship program requirements.

This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Thursday, April 17, 2025 . To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page , and click on the “Procurement Navigator” blue box.
