The State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program is issuing this RFP for a contractor to design a new year round water intake and raw water transmission line for Shaktoolik, Alaska per the recommended alternative in the December 2021 Preliminary Engineering Report. See the RFP for further details.
