The Kansas Department of Education is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain responses from qualified bidders who can operationalize, promote and provide evidence-based professional learning, coaching and resources in support of evaluating a statewide system of Evidence-Based Professional Learning focused on improving district implementation of evidence-based programs for students that are underserved and traditionally marginalized children and youth, including those with disabilities. This system is known as the KSDE Technical Assistance Systems Network (TASN) www.ksdetasn.org
