Solicitation Summary
The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified and licensed contractor(s) to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, transportation, permits, licenses, equipment and any incidentals necessary to complete the specified improvements to the auditorium. The alterations and improvements are required to be installed in conjunction with the fixed seating replacement and realignment of the seating plan. The work being performed is intended to provide life safety and ADA enhancements for the architectural improvements.
