East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed energy consulting firms to provide complete design services for all phases (conceptual, bidding, construction management and administration, project closeout). Perspective firms will have proven experience with CT DAS OFfice of School Construction Grants and Review (OSCG&R) and Federal Grants (U.S. Department of Energy) managing all phases of these solar photovoltaic grant processes, This RFP is for a period of three (3) years with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions.
