West Whiteland Township seeks professional planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and transportation planning services to prepare the Exton Crossroads Streetscape and Mobility Plan, an implementation-oriented planning effort that will establish a coordinated vision for improving multimodal connectivity, streetscapes, placemaking, wayfinding, and the public realm within one of Chester County's most significant regional activity centers. This project is funded through the FY27 PA round of Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission's (DVRPC) Transportation and Community Development Initiative (TCDI) funding program.
