Summary
The Jersey City Public School District's Special Education Department is seeking proposals from an outside agency or a private practitioner to provide Occupational and Physical Therapy services to students with Individualized Educational Plans (IEP). These services are to be conducted by a specialist qualified in the fields of Occupational and Physical Therapy, and who is approved by the State of New Jersey to provide these services as requested by the child study team and as specified in N.J.A.C. 6A:14; Special Education.
Jersey City Public Schools is the second largest school district in the State of New Jersey and is comprised of forty-one schools. This district has historically contracted OT/PT personnel to provide this service due to the demand for OT/PT services. ,,
