SOLICITATION NO.: FRBIR255013/WJG Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) has established a contracting opportunity to install Bus Shelters as outlined in the Solicitation documents. The resultant contract, if awarded, will be federally funded. General Scope: The Work is for Bus Shelter Replacements and is through the lowest priced, responsive, and responsible competitive sealed bid Contract for Bus Shelter Replacement Program at Bus Loops System-wide. The Work includes design and construction of the Project as indicated in the Contract Documents included in the IFB. All work will result in the complete design, demolition, and construction, testing and commissioning of all work as noted Solicitation documents. All planning, design, and engineering performed by the selected Contractor(s) will be in accordance with WMATA Design Standards for Infrastructure. The Solicitation documents will be made available on WMATA¿s Project Management Software System (Procore).
