New Engineering Building Commissioning

Western Carolina University is soliciting qualifications for commissioning services for the New Engineering Building project. The project will consist of the construction of a new facility for the College of Engineering and Technology program comprised of classrooms, offices, laboratories, and associated space necessary to meet requirements of modern, technology-intensive, engineering programs. The commissioning provider will be responsible to assist with development of the owner's project requirements through design, assist with energy performance discussions, as well as commission the mechanical system equipment and building envelope to validate that the performance of the system meets the project design documents and requirements. Proposing firms must submit ONE (1) copy of the Letter of Interest and ONE (1) copy of Standard Form SF330 and ONE (1) digital copy of each. The Letter of Interest should not exceed TEN (10) single-sided pages or FIVE (5) double-sided pages plus the SF330. Digital copy shall be submitted via USB Flash Drive.
