The City of Kirksville will accept sealed bids for 2025 CIPP PROGRAM PROJECT NO. SE-22-001, at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 p.m. Thursday, May 01, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Copies of the Contract Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Engineering Department, 660.627.1272. Bid will be awarded based on the best interests and value to the City. The City reserves the right to refuse any bid for any reason. No bidder may withdraw bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the day of opening bids. All wages paid for work under this contract shall comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri.
