Towel & Tissue Paper Products

Accepting bids for Towel and Tissue Products.  IMPORTANT:  Read all notes before submitting a bid.

Campbell County School District #1 (CCSD) is looking to enter into a multi year contract of 3 or more years to include pricing guarantees. Fixed pricing for the contract is preferred but may consider alternates.

The goal of the bid is to maximize savings on towel and tissue products used throughout the district and as such CCSD will consider alternates to the current brand and products in use. This may include reducing the number of products in use ie, going from two types of tissue to one or going from Natural and White roll towels to just one. CCSD is also open to converting over to a Non-propietary system. CCSD will review product samples before accepting any bids. DO NOT submit a bid unless your product has been approved.  All alternate samples are to be provided at no charge and must be full case samples.

Bid items listed show current products being used and their average annual usage. If the decision is made to switch to a new brand and product the majority of the schools will be converted over the summer of 2027. Any all orders for awarded items will be shipped and invoiced AFTER July 1, 2027.

CCSD has a student population of approximately 8,500 students spread out over 17 elementary and 6 secondary schools along with 7 additional auxilliary sites used by support staff.

It is CCSD's intent to award all products to one vendor however, CCSD reser ves the right to accept or reject any item or items, any part or all parts, any section or all sections, any bid or all bids as stated in the specification; to waive any irregularities or informalities or to re-bid or re-advertise for bids if it is determined to be necessary or desirable; and, reserves the right to let the bid in any manner it sees fit. Campbell County School District #1 will not be bound to accepting the low bid, but rather the bid they feel will be in the best interest of the School District.
