714-Logan Bellefontaine APA Cubicles

The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections - Adult Parole Authority Dayton Region is looking to purchase a total of (5) cubicles for the Logan Office located at 111 South Madriver Street
Bellefontaine, OH 43311 . There are no CAD drawings for the location so a site visit will be necessary. Installation services will be for TAYCO Metro workstations or Herman Miller AO2 brand workstations.

The supplier must guarantee the delivery and installation of the cubicles within four weeks of the award.

Specification requirements include:

Agency quotes must include labor, material, removal existing cubicles and installation.

Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a mandatory site visit at the Logan Office on 03/17/2026 from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. No registration or appointment needed. Contact is Richard Clark @ 614.969.6423 w/ email address richard.clark@drc.ohio.gov.
