THE CITY OF STARKVILLE, MISSISSIPPI

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Starkville, Mississippi will receive sealed bids for the City’s STREET AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT SOURCE OF SUPPLY FY 2025. Bids are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 110 West Main Street, Starkville, Mississippi 39759, or can be submitted electronically to https://www.cityofstarkvilleplans.org/ or For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. by 10:00 AM local time on Monday, September  22nd, 2025, at which time they will be opened and taken under advisement until the next meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.  The Starkville Mayor and Board of Aldermen meet the 1 ^st and 3 ^rd Tuesday of each month, at 5:30 p.m. local time in the Courtroom at City Hall, 110 West Main Street, Starkville, Mississippi.

Digital copies of the bid documents are available at https://www.cityofstarkvilleplans.org/ . Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online Plan Holders List; therefore, all bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List.

Bid containers must be SEALED and marked STREET AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT SOURCE OF SUPPLY FY 2025 due September 22, 2025. The envelope should list all applicable state and local license numbers.

No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days without the written consent of the City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City.
