Pre-Bid Conference Details
A pre-proposal conference will be held in the Student Center Ballroom at 10:00 A.M. on December 3, 2024. While attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not required, it is strongly suggested that all interested bidders attend this conference in order to familiarize themselves with the facilities involved, the operations of the various University departments, and the terms, conditions, contained in this request. The University will not discuss the RFP Specifications during the pre-proposal conference. All questions related to the RFP Specifications shall be submitted to the Procurement Office only in writing.
