The Charles County Department of Health Local Behavioral Health Authority (CCLBHA) is
Requesting proposals to acquire a vendor to implement and provide services for a Wellness &
Recovery Program in Charles County. The Wellness & Recovery Program is a voluntary program that
aims to reach consumers with mental illness and ultimately deliver support and opportunities that
permit the consumer to attend programs, various skill-building sessions,
and group services that are provided at a peer-to-peer level.
